k, this is how it works i've taken the password off the Goo Army so now if you want to join just put your name on 1 of the #s of the thing you want to be (except you CANNOT be a General, the General slots are just for the makers of this wiki). when you become a member of the Goo Army! u go and throw goo at ur friends! for fun. . .but make sure that when u join u don't act snobby or the Generals will eat u!!! Muhahahahahaha. . . nope just kidden u will get a message that says u'v been glopped with red Goo from the Goo Army! that means u'v been taken off the Goo Army! because u'v broken the #1 rule here and the #1 rule of Elftown- Dont be an a** hole! Then in about 2 weeks you will get a message asking if you want back in the Goo Army:)

5/3/06: Message from General Miuka on an added rule:<br>
Members of the Goo Army, or people considering joining, there is absolutly NO SELF-PROCLAIMING! If you want to be ranked higher, message one of the Generals, and we will review you action in the Goo Army before promoting you. If you do good acts and follow the rules, you can be promoted without your asking. If you just decide(like [Nuerotoxin] did) that your going to be a general of your category(forget it, the rules above state no one except the Generals can be generals, unless otherwise stated) then your ranking will be deleted and lowered to the lowest level of your category. If you go back and change it back after it's been changed, we will delete you from the Army, and put you on three weeks of good bye, instead of two, because you broke two rules.
